Synchronize gmail signature – android
Many people treat their email signatures as insignificant, which becomes a real missed opportunity. Those signatures are the perfect opportunity for you to make it clear who you are, make it easy for people to communicate with you, and give them a place to go for more information, whether it’s about you, your business, or what you’re working on.
If you’re just putting your name and a dot or two of contact information in your signature, you’re not making the most of the opportunity to connect and interact with the people you’re emailing. Although it’s not a good idea to overdo it either; cluttering your signature with links and information is simply spammy and self-promotional.
You can also include calls to action, animations and other elements that make them stand out from other email signatures, promoting actions that interest the sender, such as scheduling appointments, closing deals or offering valuable content and materials.
Once you have completed all the forms and love the result, you can use your new email signature in any email provider, including Gmail, Outlook (Hotmail) and Yahoo! Mail.

Yes! The process is now very simple. When you create a new signature (from the website), you will see an image icon next to all the style options. Click on it, select your image and add it to the body.

Step 4: In the dialog box that appears, enter a name for your new signature and then click Create. Then you will see the settings window again and a text box will appear next to the name of the new signature. This is where you should enter your new email signature.
Optional: under the signature field, you will see a checkbox to add the signature before quoted emails in replies; this will make your signature more visible in chained emails and is worth activating if you are in a professional environment. The section under the signature field also has other options for your signature to appear in new emails or in replies and forwarded emails.
Step 5: Once you are satisfied with your signature, go to the bottom of the page and press the Save changes button. And from now on, your signature will be displayed in all the emails you send.
Please note that you will not be able to customize some details of your email account in the mobile application as you can in the desktop version. In addition, the signature you set up in the application will only be seen when you send emails from the same device, so you may have to define one on each of your devices.
