I am not receiving iphone email notifications
I’ve had an iPhone 7 for a little over a month now and overall I’m pretty happy with it, however there is one thing that was getting on my nerves. I’m referring to the inability to receive email notifications from Gmail. One of the things I did first, was to download and install the official Gmail app so that way I could send and receive emails from our account.
However, I quickly realized that the emails I received to my Gmail account were not being notified on my iOS device. In order to see the received emails I was forced to open the Gmail application on my iPhone to know which are the new emails received and to be able to read or answer them.
By default the checked option is No notification. It is precisely this that makes you not receive any notification, so here you will have to select the option All new emails or Only Main depending on your preferences.

Why can’t I see all my emails on my iphone?
Now, you have to go into the settings of the Gmail app or other app compatible with this feature that you have installed. To do this, access the Settings application on your iPhone or iPad, and scroll down until you reach the list of your installed applications. In this list, click on Gmail.
When you enter the Gmail settings, you will see several options appear. Here, you have to tap on Default mail app, an option that will only appear in third-party mail clients adapted for iOS 14. By default Mail will appear, the default app, but you can change it by tapping.
