5.- Afterwards, it asks you to verify that the domain you have entered is your own and for this purpose it offers you several ways of verification. The default one is to include a TXT record in the DNS configuration of your domain. If you do not know how to do this, ask your hosting provider. There are also other validation methods such as uploading a file to your server.
Once the domain ownership has been verified, you will be asked to enter your billing information. You have a 14 day trial so you will not be charged until then. Open mail with your own domain
The most important advantage that we can find when using Gmail as an email client, is the centralization of several email accounts, either from Gmail, from other services, or from an own domain, and an email storage that will last over time, serving as a historical mail query, which also has an excellent system of labeling and sorting.
8) The next thing to do is to enter in the requested field the confirmation code that we will receive in the email account (the one we are setting up, not the Gmail mailbox). If the code entered is correct we will have completed the process of setting up the account of our domain in Gmail.
We will receive a confirmation email from the Gmail Team. In this email we will find a link (somewhat extensive) that asks us to confirm the whole process. Open your own domain email with gmail
A standard Gmail address like “tunombre@gmail.com” is fine for your personal email. But most businesses use email addresses with their own domain name like “tunombre@tunegocio.com”.
Now, you happen to already have your custom domain email, but you want to continue using the Gmail email platform. Fortunately, Gmail allows you to import your professional mailbox to its modern web platform.
3. In Manual Settings, under the “Mail Client Manual Settings” section you will find the recommended SSL secure settings and the different SSL settings (copy and paste this or keep this window open because we need this information later when we configure Gmail).
Before setting up Gmail, we need to create an email forwarder that forwards all emails that come into your business email account (tunombre@tudominio.com) to your Gmail address (tunombre@gmail.com).

8. Without leaving the Gmail account, go to “Settings” > “Accounts & Import” > “Send mail as”, click on “Add another email address”.
