The reality is that there are more important things on our priority list than emails, but as professionals it’s something we must (and want to) control effectively. Do you want to spend less time in your inbox and more time doing things that really matter? We share with you these tips that changed the way we manage the inbox.
However, the above does not mean that the message no longer exists automatically. Instead, the deleted message will be moved to the Deleted Items folder, where it can be recovered. If you need to delete them permanently, you will have to delete them from that folder.
Another option can be to use “Clean Folder”, with it you will be able to eliminate redundant messages, especially in mail conversations. Unless you specify otherwise, when you use this tool, redundant messages will be automatically sent to the Deleted Items folder.
In Outlook, the best option is to set stored replies as “Signatures”. That way, when you reply to an e-mail, you can choose the appropriate “signature” and the stored reply will appear instead. Here’s how to do it.

Once you have them created, you can go to the left side of the inbox where you will see all the colors and labels and you can choose the one you want to see all the emails in them.
Once we have installed Gmail Sender Icons in our Chrome browser, when we go to the Gmail inbox we will see how next to each message received we see next to the sender’s name an icon and the name of the domain or platform used to send the message. That is, if we receive a new email message from a site to which we are subscribed, the icon of that site will appear, specifically the favicon used by that website, along with the domain name. For example, if we receive a message from Dropbox telling us that we are about to run out of space in our account, we will see in the Gmail inbox an icon with the Dropbox logo along with the dropbox.com address.
You can view and sort conversations in Gmail as you like: you can search for conversations even if you don’t know the sender, view all emails from the same person or delete emails that have been received between two specific dates.
How to massively delete emails from gmail
Clean up your inbox and keep email organized with automatic filtering and sorting, and by using command bar tools such as Clear, Archive and Move to.
You can also organize e-mail using inbox rules. For example, you can create rules that automatically move messages to other folders, or even delete them based on certain criteria. For more information, see Organize email by using inbox rules in Outlook on the web.
To restore an archived message back to its original folder, select it in the Archive folder, select Move to and select the folder or type the name of the folder you want to move it to. See the next section for more information.
Move to allows you to move e-mail messages to a specific folder. For example, you can move all e-mails from a specific sender from the Inbox to any folder you select.
