How to separate emails in gmail
Once inside the Gmail app settings, click on General settings to go to the settings that affect the app regardless of the account to which the mail arrives. Here, click on the Default Notification Action option, which defaults to Archive. You will be able to change it to Delete, so that when you receive the email you can choose to reply and delete it instead of replying and archiving it.
When you get notifications to your Android phone, whether they are the application they are, you are also offered some options to manage them and organize the priorities of those you want to send you notification sounds or those you prefer to switch to silent mode of Android notifications.
To do this, you have to open the notifications panel of your Android when you get one from Gmail, and then keep your finger pressed on the notification. When you do this you will see several options, being able to give higher priority to the notifications of that application or switching them to silent mode.

Importance of gmail
The confidential mode allows you to set expiration dates and to ask the recipients to verify their email by means of a text message. You can also remove the options to forward, copy, print or download the content.
Gmail has always made strong security a priority. We work hard to protect you from spam, phishing, and malware before they reach your inbox. Our AI-optimized spam filtering features block nearly 10 million unwanted emails per minute.
How to set high priority to an email in outlook
Do you need to send sensitive content to certain people? With Gmail’s confidential mode, you can protect sensitive information from unauthorized access. Set the expiration date of the messages you send, revoke access to emails and attachments at any time, and prevent recipients from forwarding, copying, printing, and downloading the contents of your messages.
Send a read receipt request to know when someone has opened an important email you have sent. The read receipt request is sent to recipients in the To and Cc fields, but not to recipients in the Bcc field, distribution lists, or aliases.
You can also have Gmail sort and prioritize mail for you. Just set up the Priority Inbox function. Your emails are automatically divided into three sections: “Important and unread”, “Featured” and “Everything else”.
Note: If an email is marked as important but you don’t want it to be, click on the importance marker to change it. This way, Gmail will also learn which emails you consider important.
