The first thing to do is to check your internet connection. Check that you have sufficient coverage and that you have not activated the airplane mode. Try making a phone call to make sure the connection is good. Another solution is to clean your inbox.
How can I recover my Gmail password?
Follow these steps to recover your password:
Go to the password recovery page. Enter your Gmail email address or your registered email address. Click Submit and follow the on-screen instructions.
Activate deactivated gmail account
You can block messages from specific e-mail addresses or domains from the Inbox. When you add an e-mail address or domain to the list of blocked senders, Outlook on the Web automatically moves messages from that sender to the junk e-mail folder.
If you receive unwanted e-mail messages, you can block people and domains from which you do not want to receive such messages. Add any e-mail address or domain to the list of blocked senders to move these messages directly to the Junk E-mail folder.

Sometimes you don’t want messages from a specific person or domain to end up in the junk folder. Messages from addresses or domains on the Safe Senders list will not be moved to the Junk E-Mail folder.
