How to retrieve an archived email
When your Gmail gets full of emails, you can delete older emails, but you won’t be able to review them in the future if you need to. Archiving old emails is perhaps the best thing to do because you can unarchive them later if you need them.
All emails you archive will disappear from the “Inbox” folder, leaving room for future emails. They will be transferred to another folder within your Gmail account called “All Mail”.

View archived emails in gmail
