The next step is to create a label in Gmail. Gmail labels help us to better manage our emails. An example of a Gmail label is the Junk label.
We will have to name a sheet of our Spreadsheet and name the first cells according to the fields of your form that you want to extract and include in your confirmation email. Now the sheet you have created, in my case Gmail Data, and the column headers you have created will appear.
Now we have our configuration, we only need to create a formulated dashboard that pulls the necessary information from the correct databases, for the purposes of this tutorial I will use a dashboard fed with fictitious information but formulated correctly.
If you notice, several minutes can pass and if Analytics registers that a user who converted logged in at 09:14 am and a confirmation email from Gmail arrives at 09:25 am surely is the same user who took 11 minutes to make the decision to fill out the form.

How many times have you sent an email with a subscription thank you text, satisfaction surveys or discount coupons? These types of emails help companies get closer to their customers, but they take time to execute and can easily be replaced by automation.
Clicking on the green “Export” button will open a window with many applications. In our case, the platform with which we want to link the template is Gmail. Therefore, we will click on the “+” symbol of the “Gmail” button to export the template.
We will give the template a recognizable name so that we can find it when we want to send it. Once saved we can delete it from drafts, but I recommend that you keep it. Also, remember that if you send the email from the draft itself, it will be deleted from drafts.
To send the template in a new message, click on “Compose” and once the “New Message” window opens, click on the three dots below. Inside “Templates” we will find the saved template, in my case with the name “Satisfaction Survey”.
