How to recover my email and password
You can have a recovery email address only if you do not have two-factor authentication or two-step verification. While the recovery email is optional, it is recommended that you add one.
If you ever forget your security questions, you can use your recovery email address to reset them. We will also send you account security-related notifications to your rescue email address.
If you have two-factor authentication or two-step verification, this means you have a notification email address instead of a recovery email address and do not need to remember the security questions.
If you had a recovery email address on record when you upgraded to two-factor authentication or two-step verification, that email becomes your notification email. You can also use these steps to edit your notification email address. If you delete the notification email address, you will not be able to add a new one.

If possible, please complete the form from a device that you have previously logged in to your account with and in a location where you typically use that device and that we will recognize, such as your home or office.
Answer as many questions as you can, as fully as possible. If you are unsure, you may try to guess; incorrect answers will not be penalized. When you get to a question that allows you to “add more”, fill in as much information as you can.
