During a hectic office day, it can easily happen that e-mails are sent to the wrong recipients, which is especially irritating if the mail contains important information. For these cases, Gmail offers the possibility to recover sent emails. Here’s how it works and what conditions must be met.
The Outlook spam filter sends unwanted and criminal spam to the junk mail folder. With the right settings, you can keep even advertising e-mails that do not meet the typical spam criteria out of the inbox. In the case of misclassified e-mails, the Outlook spam filter can be easily adjusted manually.

Sometimes the spam filters of email clients are so strict that they send us valid emails to the spam folder, from senders we know and from whom we want to receive their emails. Gmail is prepared for this to happen and allows us to create whitelists to indicate who our trusted senders are. In Gmail this work is made from filters.
4.- We will introduce in the field “From” the addresses that we want to include in our list of safe addresses. Separate these addresses by the word “OR”. Click on the “Create filter” button.
5.- In the following screen, we will be able to choose the configuration we want to give to our filter. In order to consider these addresses as safe and never send your emails to spam, we will have to select the option “Never mark as spam”.
We would like to mention that, now that you know how to configure a gmail filter, it can be used for many more things than just creating a list of safe senders; you can assign automatic labels to emails from certain senders, or to emails that have a certain subject, mark them as important, forward them to another email account, etc. Gmail filters are very powerful.
List of gmail safe senders
Managing our email is something that can be quite simple, but for this we must know the tools and utilities available to us. It is possible that there are a lot of features that we do not know, and that knowing about them, we could improve and facilitate certain functions. Among many other functions, for example, Gmail gives us the possibility of adding social networks to the signature of our emails in cases where it is necessary. We also have an option to encrypt our mail thanks to a Plugin offered by Gmail or, for example, we can undo mailings that we have made at a certain time.
Step 3Next you will see that there is an option that says “secure senders and domains”. We will see that there is a section that says “Add” and you will be able to enter all those addresses that you want to mark as safe.
Once you have entered all the contacts that you do not want to be marked as Spam, you are done with the process. This way we can make sure that all those emails that belong to certain contacts will never be marked as spam and therefore we will always have easy access to them. It is a way to make sure that certain important emails will arrive safely to our inbox both in Gmail and Outlook.

The whitelist of your email is a list of positive filtering addresses. When you include an email address in this list the mail client is responsible for always displaying the conversations in the main mailbox.

If you have a sender that always arrives in spam it is as simple as including his address in the white list so that you don’t have to look for his emails when he sends them. The spam list does not notify you when an email arrives, so you may be losing customers, notifications or important processes because you have not configured your whitelist properly.
A pop-up window will open in which you can include different options. The simplest is to configure that an email address never goes to spam. To do this simply include the address in the ‘From’ section and click on ‘Create Filter’.
